Mrs. Mr. Henriette Meijerink has been specialised in immigration law for many years. You can contact her for support in an asylum procedure to obtain asylum, as well as for other regular permits.
If you wish to submit a (repeated) asylum residence permit application, you can contact me for a consultation. I can also assist with issues related to family reunification, tourist visas, or residence for medical reasons.
If I determine that applying for asylum is not viable, I may advise you to consider a different type of residence permit. I will assess whether your application has a reasonable chance of success and, if so, which supporting documents are required.
Dutch Bar Association
I am registered in the legal practice areas register of the Dutch Bar Association for the main fields of Asylum and Refugee Law, Immigration Law, and Psychiatric Patient Law. Based on this registration, I am required to obtain ten training points per calendar year for each registered legal area in accordance with the Dutch Bar Association’s regulations.
